I’ve finished watching three American movies today. From Prada to Nada, Whip It and Just Go With It and by far my most favorite is the last I’ve mentioned top-billed by veterans Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. And as always, working on comedy comes naturally for both. No dull moments even if the pace of the plot at first was a little rushed. They haven’t neglected putting the heart to comedy. Whip It was just another American movie. I even forgot how to laugh. While From Prada to Nada was just another disappointment. I was so excited to watch the movie on big screen and good thing I didn’t have the time to waste my 100+ for this urgh, don’t get me started. I’ve always been a fan of movies starring Louis Vuitton, Prada and the whole Rodeo Drive neighborhood but it was so unacceptable to see just a glimpse, a split-second glimpse of Prada. The title was great, the content? FRUSTRATING. I was waiting for that “OMG that’s Prada” moment but it didn’t come. Way too frustrating.

So I searched my disk and found I Am Number Four. And when I thought it was no different from the regretful movies I watched, it proved me wrong. The effects were off the hook! The plot was cool. Hot guy coming from another planet, inhibiting Earth bringing his ruthless killers with him. And having Diana Agron a.k.a Quinn Fabray of the hit-series Glee wraps it all. Now you have one of the world’s most interesting Sci-Fi movies that did not solicit a bored “Is it over?” phrase from me. Oh yeah, I recommend you watch Just Go With It and I Am Number Four. P.S. Alex (Pettyfer) is so hot.
