There's the combination of yearning, regret, pain and so much love in Katy's voice but there's a cool and modern beat in the background that makes you wanna go down on both knees and just cry your hearts out! Well it's a little inappropriate to start a year with so much pain and agony but this collaboration also makes as wanna look back in our past and remember the things we've regretted doing and the worst, we've regretted not moving a single muscle about. Excuse the term but fuckyeah! I just started watching Flower Boy Ramyun Shop and well I cheated and watched the final episode just to see who ends up with who. Making sure Il Woo's ending up with teacher or else, Korea will be band forever in my computer. And I'm not exaggerating. And since I'm happy with how it ended, I'll be watching the whole 16 episode. So much to watch, so little time. But really! So that friends I told you about in the previous post, well thanks to Chazzie-umma I've been coping up. Actually, we had dinner with that friend last Thursday. And we've met that person who said those things about us. That particular friend of hers. We all actually enjoyed the night and we laughed so hard but we don't know. Maybe behind those crazy laughs are other hurtful words she'll be saying behind our backs. But for now, I'll let bygones be bygones.

At first I was like, What is this old woman talking about? Then one meeting I've realized, Oh yeah she's right! So I've been attentively listening to my Literaure teacher. Yes, I've never been more proud to say that I am a pure and genuine Filipina!  Let's celebrate.

I don't wanna be a hypocrite and say that I don't want to go abroad and see how the world will entertain me. Good heavens I've been even yelling to the whole world wide web how much Paris, France inspires me. But I do believe that wherever you are, you can still be nationalistic. Even if you're standing right above another land. That won't stop you from being a Filipino, being a Patriot of your dearest Mother Land.

So I'm gonna impart with you some knowledge I've gained form Lit200 (The Literature of the Philippines). First, they say Filipinos are copycats because we don't have very much of our own identity. I'll tell you what. We've been colonized and enslaved by 3 different nations - Spain, having the longest years of stay, Japan and of course America.

My teacher said, before the Spanish Colonization, we bow our heads to greet the elders. Just like what the Eastern culture do. But Spain brought us the "mano" or to bring the elder's hand, palm facing down, on the forehead. And then America made us kiss the elders cheeks.

So I thought, then maybe we were enjoying the Eastern culture before the Spanish occupation. But we've lost ties with it when they tried to replace our practice with theirs. Entirely erasing the marks of our previous culture. Correct me if I'm wrong but the Philippines is the only Catholic country in Asia. I, myself, is a Catholic and I do believe that it is the best thing Spain brought to our country, religion.

So what's up with the title? I think I'll be posting a lot of Philippine-related fact with a little touch of the FrenchSha taste. :) What does that mean? Find out.

So if you can come across my youtube channel. I've ventured to this new career. Hahaha. Well it's not so different and afar from trailer-making. But this one is more free-spirited like you can do whatever you want with no limit and pressure. Scratch that. You'd be pressure when you're deadline is like a week away while you have to look for killer heels you'll gonna wear to your best friend's birthday. Not to mention you have to bring a gift. Then these piled-up homeworks you have to finish in a week. THE HELL! Classes just started today. Then there goes your nephew's first ever birthday. My shoes would be the last pair you wanted to be in. I swear.

And if you've like read my blogs from Day 1 until now. You might think I'm a really pitiful person who's in the brink of losing it. Like I might commit suicide anytime. I'm sometimes depressed and usually happy. I just don't like how I feel right now. The pressure's unbearable but since this is what I opted to be, I have to be a woman and deal with it! Mostly, my schedule's my problem.

And it will make me really, super duper, extremely happy if you'd save a time for me and join a collaboration I hosted for my upcoming birthday. *cough*gifts*cough*

FIRST OF ALL, I'd like to apologize for putting Kim KiBum instead of Kim Bum. My bad. *bows* Sorry. Well it's too late to change that now since I've already saved it.

SECOND. You must be wondering what's up with the mouse saying. It's not even correct. Will I just wanna share to you that my computer mouse stopped working and so I won't be able to finish my trailers. Why not buy one? I will but I'm telling you, I'm a picky buyer. I make sure that what I buy is really useful, has quality, works heavy-duty, etc. Of course I want something more of what I paid for.

THIRD. I'm done with enrollment. Yepee. But sad news is, I have to be separated with my old friends. And it's kinda painful. I have to adjust with new surroundings. That svcks you know. And our subjects will be a lot harder compared to before so I really have to give my all this time. And I'm under the same teacher who gave me a second shot and I don't wanna waste it. My program now is a goldmine so I don't wanna lose it. Which means I have to update less frequently and be on a semi-hiatus again.

DONT WORRY. I'd be present whenever I'm free. And since my class will not start until the 3rd of Novemeber, I'm just loitering around here. Toddles!

JUST FOUND OUT RECENTLY. That my new "apple of the eye" Jung Il Woo is best friends with my other munchkins, Min Ho and well, Kim Bum. If that's the case, I have good eyes, don't you think? Hahaha. I hope they work together someday. *cross fingers*

So for the very first time in my blogging career, I have decided to post up my latest works on youtube. Oh yes. I just finished a few video clips for Fanfic Crew. 2 for our collab and 2 for the requesters. So as promised, I'll be posting it up here. I'll let the world know what I've been doing off the computer.

Yes! We are back with a new lay-out but this time it's just from blogskins. I just did a little something but the whole lay-out is from hopmad. So I really have to disclaim everything. I own the content, icons used and the signature for every page. Other than that, nada. All rights go to the rightful owners.

Now you must be thinking, you do graphics? You make your own video blah blah. Why not make your own lay-out?


You see, making my own lay-out may put some good lay-out making sites out of business. I mean, that's what we are all here for. People who doesn't know how to make their own turns to people who knows how to do it and even good at it. Why make your own when you can ask someone to make it for you? Now that's the lazy FrenchSha talking. Hahaha. Of course I'd love to make my own so I can have it my way. I even downloaded Dreamweaver but I'm just too lazy to learn. I mean, Dorkistic Design is just out there, ready to help everybody. And I can even make an outline of the kind of lay-out I like and it'd be easy for them. I don't have to be stressed out too. It's a win-win deal.

Then here comes my blabbing again. Cut it out FrenchSha. Spare us the boring details. You asked for it. But before I end, let me share to you my feelings about some affies closing down.

I received a devastating news yesterday. A few of our affies decided to leave, for good. This kind of news upsets me, greatly. However, there is nothing we can do about it. It was their decision. I just hope I won't end up shutting down this blog. :'(

I've received the greatest news yesterday and that is because I just passed one of the most crucial semester in our program and I believe it was His deed. Oh yes. God is the reason why I am smiling today.

Days before the judgment day, the day we'll gonna get our grades for Accounting, I prayed. I prayed so hard. I made a deal with Him, I will go to church every Wednesday in exchange for a passing grade. I did it. I went to church that Wednesday and on Friday I took a 3-hour drive to our school to see my grade. When our Finals test paper was handed one-by-one, I didn't get my goal. From the looks of it, I should have failed. But I never lost faith. I believed that God will make a way. So I thought to myself, He never failed you, He wouldn't do that now. So when I handed my paper to my teacher she told me to wait before she will give me my final grade. So I waited, with hope in my heart.

Here is the life-changing moment that happened that day.

Teacher showed me my grade, 2.15. I must get a 2.0 to be enrolled in the next semester.

"What should we do? We can only allow a grade of 2.12 so we can round it off to 2.0." My teacher explained.

"It depends upon you, Ma'am." I let out those words as I was on the brink of crying. Then she asked me, "Are you going to shift to another course?" But I took my stand and said no.

"I will have a retake, Ma'am." She asked me why? "Because I want this. I want accounting."

It was the first time that I said that. That I wanted accounting. That I love Accounting. And so she asked me why I didn't give my best. I told her I did. I gave my best. I've put everything on the line. Everything.

"Try next time." Then she gave me that piece of paper. A thin, one line piece of paper with my grades printed on it. And at the end I saw that magic figure, 2.0 printed in bold. I almost hugged her but I didn't because many students were looking and we were not allowed to do that. Teacher-Student relationship.

She made a consideration. And I will always be thankful to her for that. But there was someone I should thank more than my teacher and that is God. Lady Gaga was right, it doesn't matter if you love him or capital HIM. Whatever we call Him, God, Allah, Buddha, etc. He is still that one and only Father who will provide us and grant the wishes of our hearts. Believe me. Believe his powers. Nothing is truly impossible when it comes to our Father.


And so forever I'll be thankful to you my Father. Who granted my prayer and against all odds, you never failed me. Not before, not now. Never. I love you Father and thank you very, very, very much.


But I tell you, if you ask from Him and you lose that faith on the way, nothing will happen. So trust in Him everything, whole-heartedly. And never doubt Him because He moves in mysterious way. However, do not let Him do all the working. Make Him your partner. Do things with Him, along Him, for His greater glory. Because only God can do wonders.
